My sweet little Katie turned 3 on New Year's Day! She chose a duck theme so we improvised and created this duck cake. We used blue rasberry jello for the pond. You seriously need to do a practice round when you do cakes like this, but who has time for that?
Unfortunately, she will be in nursery for another year due to the Dec 31st cut off. I feel like she has gotten shafted, but I don't think she could care less!

Someday when she's 13 and all her friends get to go to the New Year's Eve stake dance and she doesn't, she's going to be SO mad at you for not having her a day earlier! :)
