I finally got to go to Cali and see Wicked w/ my sisters. I had been before but thought it would be a great excuse to spend time with them before they get married! Meagen's fiancee, Chad, tagged along as "photographer" and "driver". Just kidding, Chad! It was so fun; we shopped, ate, saw my fav musical and I was back home in a day!
Maybe someday I will talk Jesse into seeing it - he thinks that since I've seen it for the 4th time that I will have had my fill. Not true, I will probably keep going until he sees it with me. My friend also thinks that I should venture out and start seeing other musicals. I have yet to see one though that gives me the same heart pounding, goosebump feeling that Wicked does. Thanks Meg & Alli for a great trip!!!

Sounds like such fun! Believe it or not, I have not seen Wicked. I have "issues" with it that make it so I don't want to see it. There are other GREAT shows - I'll recommend a few if you want. Live theatre just usually gives me goosebumps anyway. Such fun!

First of all, totally jeal!! Okay, you know me and know that I LOVE Wicked--may be competing with you for the #1 fan!!! I need to up my visits! I believe I'm at 8 or 9. So, I'm okay for now :) I do plan to take Emma soon. Love sister trips, maybe I'll plan one of those too!! ha ha! I don't understand the issues either, especially for someone who hasn't even seen it yet, Jenn. hmmm. But, I agree, all live broadway gives me chills and there are tons of great shows--I can recommend lots too! However, I do agree on Wicked-- there's something about it that gets me every single time, no matter how many times I go--for sure my ultimate fave. Love it all though and will go anytime!
So jealous. I've been wanting to see it again ever since it left here and just haven't done it. Love hanging out with the sisters, especially in LA. My mom is from there and we spent lots of time over there when we were little so when we're driving down the dirty streets of downtown it feels like home.
I knew you would ask. :) I'll explain sometime. There are actually many in 'my field' who don't appreciate it. But there are good things too. And I do love Stephen Schwartz. . . just not his best work. Maybe you'll have to go with me to see the show. I'll tell you the bad and you can share with me the good. :) Aw - just like the song. HA!
What a fun trip! I've never seen Wicked but I've heard from a lot of people that it's good.
It is funny how our kids just keep being born at the same time. :) I tried to give Kaida applesauce first and she didn't like it, so I tried pears and the bananas, both of which she likes. I try to stick with light colored foods because she spits up so much, and they don't stain her clothes as bad. :)

I dont want to b mean or start a fight but i am 12 and am wickeds BIGGEST fan ever! Wicked saved my life 4 real and everything... please dont b mad but it has helped me so much and i am overobbsessed with it my mom gets mad!
